Payment Terms
We accept American Express, Master Card and Visa. Customers may apply for an open account once an annual purchase level of $3,500 is attained. Apply by contacting Tap Packaging Solutions Credit Department at 800-827-5679 to request a credit application. 1% 10 net 30 with a 1.5% service charge after 30 days.

To Order
You can order online 24 hours a day from this website. Telelphone, fax, e-mail and written orders are welcome. Repeat customers should use your “customer sold to number” to identify yourself. Use our product code number when identifying a particular item.


We base our shipping charges on the value of your order. To make sure that you get the fewest shipments possible we will do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment we will only charge you once for the total value of your order. To make sure your order arrives safely, we recommend that you or someone else is available to sign for delivery.

Shipping Policy:

  • Orders usually ship from our warehouse in 1-3 business days
  • Imprint orders could require additional 3-5 business days to ship from warehouse
  • Next Day Air, Second Day Air and International shipments must be placed with our call center.
  • Web Orders are shipped via UPS Ground to the United States and Canada
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
  • A business day is Monday through Friday.
  • Delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays
  • Shipping times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond our control.
  • Any order place after 6:30 pm EST on a Friday and throughout the weekend will not be processed until the next business day and standard processing and shipping times will apply from that time.

Resale Certificate
All customers must provide or have a resale certificate on file at time of order to avoid being charged sales tax.

All shipments shall be FBO our plant. The buyer takes title of  goods at point of origin. Buyer is responsible for filing shippng claims related to loss, damage, or overcharges. For all Canadian orders: Custom duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other clearance charges are not provided and are responsibility of the receiver.

Tap will replace products deemed to be defective in materials and workmanship.

Returned Merchandise
Prior to returning any merchandise, contact Tap Sales Service Department to obtain a return authorization number. Tap will not accept any return that has not been pre-authorized. If you have ordered in error, Tap will accept a return of any stock merchandise (No Imprinting) purchased in the last four months subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns should be shipped prepaid.

Minimum Order: Boxes are sold in case/pack quantities only. Minimum is one (1) case or one (1) pack.
